This is such a unique vintage evening gown by Victor Costa! Lovely black velvet strapless dress with a drop waist featuring a plume of black and pale brown iridescent feathers.

The sweetheart bodice is strapless and "boned", covered with metallic silver, gold and bronze sequins and black beads. The front of the black velvet skirt is wrapped in front, creating a high-low effect. This gorgeous dress is fully lined in black rayon.

The gown was originally purchased at Bergdorf Goodman in the 1980's. Measures like a modern US women's size 6/8, but please use the measurements below to determine the perfect fit. We love Victor Costa dresses and this one is a show stopper!
